RIC Office is strategically situated on an elevated floor of a prestigious building in Tijuana, granting expansive and unobstructed views of the cityscape. This prime location inclined our design approach, aiming to leverage these panoramic views throughout the office’s spatial layout.

The core objective of this intervention was to craft an office environment that cultivates a distinctive and refined atmosphere. To achieve this, we selected a palette of timeless and elegant materials. The use of walnut wood, stainless steel, and white travertine was carefully considered to ensure the space exudes a sense of enduring sophistication and minimizes the need for future renovations.

Traditional accounting offices often confine employees to individual booths, a design choice we found to be restrictive and outdated. Instead, our design promotes a dynamic and fluid circulation pattern. While private offices are integrated into the layout for focused work, we emphasized the creation of a communal seating area. This open-plan space encourages interaction among colleagues, thereby fostering a more collaborative environment and offering a respite from the rigors of the workday.

Given the office’s reliance on physical documentation, ample storage solutions were essential. We designed bespoke built-in furniture with numerous storage units, which helps maintain a clean and organized environment. Each desk and table was meticulously crafted to reflect the overall interior design, aligning functionality with aesthetic coherence.

RIC Office transcends the typical office environment by merging functionality with elegance. It is designed not only to serve as an efficient workplace but also to convey a strong and sophisticated statement to clients, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to excellence in financial management.
