In designing this project, we prioritized longevity and ease of maintenance, ensuring that the initial concept could endure through time. To achieve this, we chose to work with raw, timeless materials—concrete, wood, glass, and subtle accents of stainless steel—allowing the building’s facades to develop a harmonious, enduring presence.
Simplicity and symmetry guided our vision, but we introduced an element of depth and complexity through a dynamic interplay of volumes across the structure. Carefully crafted extrusions and intersections reduce the massing’s visual density, giving the building an airy, open feel that responds to its surroundings while enhancing its presence within the urban scene.
At street level, the raw materials seamlessly merge, enhancing the project's tactile appeal and inviting a sense of elegance and warmth to the overall design. The building’s composition includes 28 residential units, with a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two exclusive three-bedroom penthouses located on the top floor. To cater to residents’ needs, the amenities include a sophisticated outdoor barbecue area, featuring a stainless steel built-in grill, as well as a indoor gym.
For the interior spaces, we sought a timeless, minimalist aesthetic—creating clean, open environments where residents could truly make the space their own. Given the building’s proximity to the beach, we placed a strong emphasis on maximizing views of the surrounding cityscape. Each apartment is outfitted with balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living rooms, ensuring abundant natural light and ventilation.
An architectural focal point of the interior is the central core, which not only adds a sense of depth and spatial complexity but also creates a visual and experiential connection between the exterior and interior. Subtle accents of blue introduce an element of playfulness, while tying the building’s overall design to its context and the lifestyle of its residents.
