The Torre Correos project envisions a self-contained urban community, integrating a diverse array of functions within a single architectural ensamble. The design incorporates commercial spaces, office environments, residential units, and an array of amenities, fostering a seamless living experience where daily needs can be met entirely within the confines of the building. 

The expression of Torre Correos is defines by a sophisticated material palette emphasizing simplicity and cohesion. The facade is crafted with carefully selected materials to achieve both aesthetic unity and functional integrity. Concrete, employed in various forms, imparts a nuanced dimensionality and rhythmic quality to the building’s surfaces. Complementing this, stainless steel perforated sheets are strategically utilized to enhance spatial openness and create a striking visual impact, underscoring the building’s moderna and innovative character.

In homage to the historic post office building situated in close proximity to Torre Correos, we sought to create a contemporary dialogue between the two structures. This reverence is expressed through the innovative treatment of the concrete façades, which are meticulously designed to evoke the aesthetic of a postage stamp when observed from street level. The interplay of dimensionality in the concrete surfaces charge the building with a sense of historical continuity while celebrating its modern architectural identity.

Inside Torre Correos, the design intent is to cultivate a timeless and sophisticated atmosphere. We meticulously selected materials to imbue the interior with a sense of elegance and warmth, ensuring that the space is both inviting and refined for all who experience it.

The roof level is dedicated to a curated collection of amenities, offering a range of sophisticated recreational spaces. This includes a bocce court, barbecue areas, a serene yoga area, a dog park, and intimate green spaces. These amenities are interspersed with meandering walkways, all arranged to maximize the enjoyment of the panoramic city views.
