TJ Oyster is a “fast-casual” restaurant that creates an authentic, tropical seafood experience by incorporating elements of a seaport, we create an immersive atmosphere that captures the essence of a fishing boat.

This atmosphere enhances the Baja seafood experience through the incorporation of a playful design of the interior walls – inspired by old, deteriorated wood found on fishing boats – and coarse rope which covers the bar's facade, enhancing the project’s aesthetic.

We created a comfortable, spacious, and open environment to convey an inviting feeling with fluid circulation. By unfolding the anatomy of a boat into a plane, we create a vessel for dining.
