Tijuana's rapid growth has accelerated the demand for residential spaces, often driven by developers eager to maximize property potential. In their pursuit, many architecture firms produce designs that prioritize efficiency over aesthetic harmony, resulting in buildings that can appear impersonal and visually overwhelming.

Our approach diverged from this trend, emphasizing a design that respects and integrates with the existing residential context. We aimed to create a complex that would harmoniously blend into its surroundings and foster a sense of community between long-standing residents and newcomers.

To achieve this, we focused on a design that exudes warmth and integration at the street level, incorporating natural stone and wood elements to cultivate a welcoming atmosphere.

The complex features 22 residential units in configurations of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. Internally, we emphasized a sense of openness and cleanliness through thoughtfully designed built-in furnishings. To further enhance community engagement, the complex includes a range of amenities such as a fitness center, landscaped green spaces, and a deck with barbecue stations.
