The Tijuana-Rosarito corridor is a vibrant and evolving region characterized by a blend of expansive residential complexes, small family-owned businesses, and various commercial establishments catering to the needs of local tradespeople. As we examined the area's development landscape, it became clear that there were limited options for further growth. This observation, combined with the high demand for spaces where the community could engage with both goods and services, alongside the unique socio-economic dynamics of the region, guided our vision for a new mall tailored to the needs of the local population.

Our primary objective was to design a space that would foster a strong sense of community and serve as a hub for social interaction, all while accommodating the everyday routines of the families residing in the area. We aimed to create a mall that not only provided convenience but also became a focal point for communal engagement.

The resulting design includes 27 commercial spaces, offering a diverse range of retail options. In addition, the mall features a welcoming common area intended for community gatherings and social activities. To ensure accessibility and convenience for visitors, ample parking has been incorporated into the design, making it easier for people from the surrounding neighborhoods to access the mall. Through this thoughtful approach, we sought to enhance the area's vibrancy and offer a valuable resource that reflects the needs and aspirations of its residents.
